My problems have just begun, however, an amazing staff made my appointment so quickly(2 day wait. Full disclosure, I was an established patient. The audiologist, name I don’t know was funny to begin with, concerned at the end even was very late for lunch with his wife. Dr. Roundtree had the good sense to have the audiologist test me and then have Dr. Wilson come in and discuss with me my options and what I need to do going forward to help them help me. Amazing people are on my hearing problem team and really that is what I NEED.

My 4 year old was vacuuming with a toy Dyson vacuum which has beads in a closed compartment – that part broke when he got it caught under the coffee table. He decided to put a bead inside his ear. We were unable to get it out. The ER didn’t have any luck either. They referred us to Dr. Wilson. My son is terrified of doctors. Dr. Wilson explained everything to my son to help him understand what he was going to do. He was able to get it out easily in no time. We are so appreciative of Dr. Wilson! His MA and the front staff were wonderful as well. My son gave me a smile and a thumbs up after he was done!

This facility is amazing. I immediately felt at ease. Everyone is so friendly, great listeners, and see you very quickly! Dr. Weiss is just wonderful. He greeted me with a smile on his face and a truly charming demeanor. Although I can be a hypochondriac and quite annoying with questions and concerns, Dr. Weiss addressed them all calmly, in a sweet manner and was very reassuring the whole time. Dr. Weiss solved a problem in 5 minutes that four different Urgent Care Centers could never successfully diagnose. The price is very fair, even if you don’t have insurance. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you, Bay Area ENT!

Dr. Wilson and his nurse were phenomenal! They were patient and careful in the handling of my two year old. I could not ask for more gentle and nurturing care than what they provided. I loved they talked to me and my son and made sure we knew every step being taken. They made him as comfortable as a two year old can be. The nurse asked many questions to ensure the best care was provided. The facility was clean and staff very friendly.
